Easy Breezy Story Package

This package is a ‘Ceremony Only’ Coordination. Use this package when you have planned every detail of your wedding and want to enjoy your ceremony. Our Lead Planner will comes in and navigate your ceremonial story.

1 Meeting to go over ceremony walking order and any other details
Organize and run ceremony rehearsal (1-hour max on-site)
Coordinate and run bridal party walking order / placement for the ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette.
Arrives 1 hour prior to ceremony, departs after ceremony

Blissful Story Package

This package is a ‘Ceremony Only + Decoration Set Up’ Coordination. Use this package when you have planned the details of your wedding. Our Lead Planner and her assistant will come in and set up your ceremony venue so you can enjoy a stress-free blissful day.

1 Meeting to go over ceremony walking order and decor information
Organize and run ceremony rehearsal (1-hour max on-site)
Coordinate and run bridal party walking order / placement for the ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette.
Set up of decor and table settings
Greet and manage vendors as they arrive
3 hours of wedding day coordination

Delightful Story Package

This package is a ‘Day of’ Coordination. This package is perfect for the couple that has planned their dream day and want to enjoy the moment instead of stressing over the details. It begins approximately six weeks to one month prior to your wedding. Our Lead Planner will take over vendor management, your rehearsal and day of duties. Here is where our Lead Planner, her assistant and partial team members come in to let your story become delightful.

 2 hours of professional in-person consultation
Wrap-up meeting 3-4 weeks out
Vendor confirmations
Venue walk through prior to wedding
Contract reviews of all vendors
Vendor confirmation and management
Greet and manage vendors as they arrive
Development of a detailed wedding day timeline and layout
Comprehensive on-site coordination and management at venue(s) on day of wedding
Wedding rehearsal facilitation (2-hours max on site)
Assistance with wedding set-up

6 hours of wedding day coordination

Magenta Story Package

This story package is full-service planning; it works best for couples that have no clue where to start but knows where they want to end. To add your magenta color to your story, choose this package to get into that place of joy. This package timeline begins approximately six months to a year prior to your wedding. Our Lead Planner will take over vendor management, your rehearsal and day of duties. Our full team come in to paint your story for your pleasing.

Two meetings to go over all the details of the big day
Unlimited communication via phone, text (between 9 am-8 pm) and email (any time)
Creation of wedding day timeline
Coordination with all appropriate vendors (sending timelines, changes, etc)
Venue walk through
Coordinate and confirm timeline with vendors as they arrive
Pinning of boutonnieres and distributing flowers to VIP’s
Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors
Communicate with DJ or other person assigned to make announcements of grand entrance, first dance, dinner served, cake cutting, etc.
Coordinate and run bridal party walking order/ placement for ceremony as well as ceremony etiquette.

Golden Story Package

This story package is our golden service plan. Our golden story is your worry-free package deal. Choose this package and settle into your place of tranquility. Our Lead Planner begins approximately 18 months to a year prior to your wedding; she will assist you with your planning details. Every aspect of your dream day will be planned with you in mind. From vendor and venue finding and management, your rehearsal and make your day duty-free. Our entire team is at your service to make your story golden.
