Surprise Bridal Shower
Epic Planners loves when a surprise comes together. We assisted ShiQuela's maid of honor with this special surprise. We planned, catered and decorated for this intimate time with her family and her closest friends.
Pre-Reception - Ceremonial White Wedding
Epic Planners helped to create this special day for both sides of the families. Liberia, Africa meets St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Island. This part of the journey is a traditional African event where the families are introduced to welcome the newest member of their family.

Rehearsal Day - All White Day
What a gorgeous day for a rehearsal. Everything was crisp, clear and breezy. Family and friends gathered around in observant of the wedding day to come. All White Photo Shoot then off to family lunch. Absolutely spectacular day!
Tracy Malone is such a great creative planner. Our wedding was supposed to be on the beach but took a wild turn of event when it rained. However, Tracy with her professional, fast-acting creative mind along with her fast-smart team thought of a creative way to utilize our inside venue where our reception was going to be and made things work effortlessly and flawlessly.

Wedding Day
Every thing was set and ready to go. Excitement, joy, love and 'I do's'. Have you ever heard the saying 'When it rains; it pours'. Well the heavens opened up on the islands that Sunday morning, and poured out showers, and showers of blessings all day.
